Polyamide spindle tapes

Polyamide spindle tapes are built with a durable polyamide traction layer. They deliver reliable power transmission from the machine's drive system to consistent yarn quality. As high-performance driving tapes for the textile industr, they are widely used in ring spinning and twisting machines.

Polyamide spindle tapes

Polyester spindle tapes

Polyester spindle tapes are high-performance driving belts used primarily in the ring spinning machines. Their job is to transfer power from the driving system to the spindles, ensuring consistent spindle speed and uniform yarn quality. The tapes can handle spindle speeds over 24,000 rpm, with no fiber fly accumulation, and a long and reliable service life. They are an alternative to polyamide spindle tapes and are valued fot their energy efficiency, long service life, and stable performance at high spindle speeds. As saving energy becomes increasingly important due to high-speed operations in textile, Habasit offers the highly efficient Habasit polyester W-8 and C-8 spindle tapes that saves 5 to 8% energy and costs saves up to 8% of ring frame motor energy consumption, leading to savings of up to 1 USD per spindle and year.
