Our fully synthetic, high-quality power transmission belts are equipped with a strong and resilient traction layer made of polyamide, polyester, or aramid. Wear-, oil- and grease-resistant friction covers made of NBR rubber provide a high degree of consistent friction between belt and pulleys.

Polyester power transmission belts

Polyester power‑transmission belts are flat drive and tangential belts reinforced with a polyester traction layer. This construction provides high flexibility, low energy consumption, and stable performance, especially in applications with frequent bending or small pulley diameters. Polyester tension members offer low stretch, good dimensional stability, and excellent resistance to fatigue, making these belts suitable for high‑speed, light‑to‑medium load drives across many industrial sectors.

Polyamide power transmission belts

Polyamide power transmission belts are flat drive and tangential belts built with a polyamide traction layer, a material known for its strength, resilience, and excellent mechanical stability. They are designed for heavy-duty, high‑load, and demanding industrial applications, where reliability, shock absorption, and long service life are essential.

  • High resilience and ability to withstand intermittent overloads without residual elongation
  • Excellent dimensional stability, even under fluctuating loads
  • Strong abrasion resistance, suitable for harsh operating environments
  • Good shock and vibration absorption, thanks to the polyamide structure

A series built for heavy-duty applications requiring maximum robustness and endurance. Highly resilient traction layer that handles overloads without permanent stretch. Ideal for open drives with high power transmission demands. Shock resistant and operating temperatures up to 100°C/212°F
Leather covered belts running side covered with high quality leather that provides reliable grip and power transmission even in dirty conditions
S, SP and SR series        designed with symmetric belt construction suitable for double sided power transmission and tangential applications. Proven NBR rubber with high abrasion resistance

Polyurethane machine tapes

Textile-structure friction covers made of TPU, speciffically developed for belt surfaces undergoing high stress, provide best-in-class abrasion resistance. The tape can be joined quickly by fusing the ends together without adhesives using the Flexproof or Quickmelt method. The elastic TPU foil traction layer permits quick installation with short machine downtimes.

  • Simple and fast adhesive-free joining method
  • Uniform longitudinal flexibility thanks to the knock-free joint
  • Best-in-class abrasion resistance
  • Constant and gentle grip structure
  • Gentle treatment of transported goods
  • Elastic types are available and suitable for short center distances and transport of low weights. Despite their elasticity the belts remain dimensionally stable after running-in. They do not require tensioning devices. This allows a simpler machine design and saves costs.

  • Material handling, postal, letter sorting, mail transport, curves and stacker sections
