Polyester folder‑gluer belts transport, fold, and guide paperboard or cardboard blanks through folder‑gluer machines, ensuring precise folding and reliable gluing during high‑speed packaging production. They typically use a polyester traction layer combined with NBR rubber covers, giving them strength, flexibility, and excellent grip. They are suitable for machine speeds of up to 750 m/min. With their thermoplastic traction layer, Habasit Flexfold belts are suitable for reliable, adhesive-free Flexproof joining. This quick and easy joining can be done while the belt is on the machine, which reduces machine downtime, and saves costs. There is no need for extensive operator training. The new thermoplastic folder-gluer belts have food conformity according to EU and FDA (FT-range). They are suitable for box-making machines and available in 3 mm and 4 mm thicknesses.

Polyamide folder‑gluer belts are high‑performance conveyor belts designed for precision folding and reliable transport in carton and corrugated box production. Built with a polyamide traction layer, and typically coated with durable NBR rubber, these belts deliver the strength, flexibility, and grip required for demanding, high‑speed packaging environments. Their construction provides excellent reversed‑bending capability, high abrasion resistance, and outstanding dimensional stability, ensuring consistent performance even under continuous, intensive operation. The belts maintain a constant, secure grip on paperboard and cardboard materials, enabling clean, accurate folds without leaving marks on the finished product. They are valued for their durability, reliability, and ability to support high machine performance, making them essential components in modern packaging lines. Polyamide folder-gluer belts are available in two different constructions:

1. The “traditional” version FR- with a traction layer consisting of PA foil and PA fabrics. These types are joined by gluing (using the Thermofix joining system). The belts are suitable for machine speeds of up to 600 m/min

2. More sophisticated types feature a thermoplastic foil traction layer combined with polyamide fabrics, allowing adhesive-free joining (using the Flexproof method). These belts CM- are suitable for machine speeds of up to 300 m/min
